What can we say about 2020? If you’d asked us a few weeks ago I’m sure our answer would have been very different to what it is today. With the world in turmoil though it’s worth taking some time to reflect back on so many great moments from this last harvest, a time to appreciate all the blood, sweat and tears the team put in to turn a few manic weeks and a lot of grapes into the rock solid foundation of our beautiful 2020 wines.

Early in the year it seemed likely we’d be in for a trickier harvest than the previous few years with some January rainfall looking like it was here to stay, but although we picked through some scattered drizzly mornings, on the whole the weather really played along. The fruit this year has been fantastic and the wine snoozing in barrel now promises to be something good to have come out the first half of this year!

As always we’d like to have taken more photos but at least here are a few to say we were there. Stay safe out there and keep drinking wine 😉
